Melbourne's Chinatown

Chinatown:
Little Bourke street or also famously known as Chinatown is located in the center of Melbourne's central business district. It is an exciting place to visit with Asian themed streets locating some of the city’s top restaurants and historic buildings. There are a range of buildings along the street itself and the small side streets leading off of it.
This is the place to try traditional Chinese cuisine and other Asian cultured food. There are excellent restaurants specializing in Chinese regional cuisines, with a few Korean, Japanese and Thai options as well.
A living part of Melbourne's modern Chinatown, the Chinese Museum documents, preserves and displays the history of Australians of Chinese descent.
The museum’s five floors showcase the heritage and culture of Australia's Chinese community. Exhibitions highlight Melbourne's Chinatown history, the experience of Chinese gold miners  Melbourne's dragons – including the Dai Loong millennium dragon, the largest Chinese dragon in the world.
